Machine SPPS-2 (MON-1Y) model is for weld wire cleaning and winding, with straight laying, to welding head cassettes (welding bobbins).

The machine has its own electromechanical drive with infinitely variable control of drive shaft rotational speed. Wire is spooling to one bobbin, dia. 265 mm or 600 mm. During spooling process weld wire cleans-up as well from possible dirt and corrosion. Cleaning-up is by following ways of cleaning: abrasive crumb and abrasive disk O120 mm end surface, or tools with carbides and abrasive disk O120 mm end surface. Bundle changing process became very easy thanks to machine structure.
