The series of machines for repair of pipelines includes machines for cleaning pipes from old insulation, priming machines and machines for application of new insulation and also machines for pipeline undermining, machine for heating in winter and etc
The self-propelled cleaning machines remove by special working instruments mud, rust, loose scale, old insulation of different types (either bituminous, or film) from an outer surface of pipelines. The quality of cleaning corresponds to 3rd group of surface finish as per VSN-008-88.
The machines work in structure of a laying-insulating group in repair of acting pipelines. The machines have an electric motor and mechanical shafting for driving of running wheels and working instruments. Their construction ensures an opportunity of their assembly on the pipeline without interruption of product pumping. The machines have operating floors and ways for security of operating safety. The machine is capable to move on sloping pipe up to 10 degrees upward (up to 35 degrees with pressure rollers), and also move on indirect pipeline section. The machines have a reverse. An auxiliary cleaning block with actively driving brushes is included in machine complete, by request Customer.
The machines are used in complete with bitumen melt units and bitumen refuellers
